It is NICO's vision to see an army of indigenous workers come forth with zeal and ambition to reach their people groups for the Lord. To date, NICO has trained more then 60 pastors and leaders to pioneer work in villages and towns that have never heard the name of Jesus Christ. Currently, they are financially supporting and giving spiritual oversight to 35 indigenous leaders that have planted 26 active fellowships in
North India.
